Jilin Newnas Plastic Co., Ltd. is located in the Industrial Concentration Zone of Dongliao County, Liaoyuan City, Jilin Province. It is a technology-based manufacturing enterprise integrating scientific research, production and sales.
Jilin Newnas Plastic Co., Ltd. was established on Dec 30, 2015 with the registered capital of RMB 46 million, it covers an area of 42 thousand square meters. We mainly produce PVB powder and high performance PVB films, the company is a new high-tech enterprise, and our products are widely used in the national economic field of aviation, automobile, train, light industry with a broad market space for development, and have leading position in the same industry in China. At present there are 170 employees in the company including 6 Senior Engineers, 6 skilled technicians.
The production of our company film grade PVB powder is 18000 tons/year. The production PVB film produced by film grade PVB powder is used for making safety glass interlayer, Material, it has excellent transparency. Impact resistance strength, Penetration resistance. Widely used in aerospace, automotive and high-rise building safety glass.
And we have 4 international standard PVB film production lines, strong technical force and technicians with the most advanced technological formula. Now we have developed and formed a unique and stable manufacturing process. At present the products have been supplied to well-known enterprises at home and abroad.
These high-quality PVB interlayer films are widely used in the production of laminated glass for high-rise buildings and laminated glass or automobiles.
