Product Introduction:PVB interlayer film produced by our company is a polymer material made from polyvinyl butyral and plasticizer through plasticization, formed by pressuring with other additives. Characterized by its transparency, resistance to heat, cold and humidity, and high mechanical strength, it is particularly suitable as a bonding material for inorganic glass for laminated security glass production. Safety glass is a kind of special glass made of two or more pieces of glass with a PVB interlayer film between each two pieces through composition under high temperature and high pressure. Laminated glass has special properties such as anti-penetration, sound insulation, thermal insulation, resistance to ultraviolet light and resistance to high and cold temperatures. Besides, the reflection coefficient of the PVB Interlayer film is very close to that of the glass itself, so the laminated glass may remain the same pureness and transparency as ordinary glass. Now it is widely used in the automotive and building fields, such as automobile windshields, building curtain walls, bulletproof glass and windows, etc. such places with safety requirements.
